So there is a movie series in the Philippines staring Weng Weng the 2'9" tall Interpol agent. Apparently, he's a mix of James Bond and Bruce Lee and Mini-Me. It's awesome. Here's a clip, hope you enjoy.
There is also a hilarious rap song about him, but it definitely has objectionable language so I'll just provide the link and you can watch it at your our peril.

Is he supposed to be saving someone or something? I don't understand the point of the movie series...
The point is he's under 3' tall and does karate. You really shouldn't look too deep into something of this nature everything it has offer is pretty much right out in front of you.
